No.10 Red Door Peeling

An abandon house in Maryland, U.S.A. was the subject matter of this shot. The door, once providing protection from the elements had become a victim of them instead. Time had erode away most of the paint, yet some remain, almost in defiance. The horizontal flaking of the peeling paint mixed with the vertical lines of the door worked well in the photo’s composition.
