Saddles

A group of horses were tied up waiting for their riders when I took this photo.   I wanted to create a sketch like look to bring out the detail of the equipment. The artistry of the leather maker is often taken for granted when seen as purely functional need by others. Without the craftsmanship of skilled hands, form and function fail.
